My pact isn't counting my screen time
Open the pact and make sure you've picked your apps ("My watched apps for this pact") and allowed Screen Time access. Each person picks apps on their own phone — joining a pact isn't enough until your phone knows what to watch.
Blocking isn't working during a Stack
Go to Me → Apps to shield, allow Screen Time access, and pick the apps you want blocked. Blocking needs a real iPhone (not simulators) running iOS 16 or later.
Tap-to-Stack isn't finding my friend
Both of you need the tap screen open, be friends in the app, and have an iPhone 11 or newer (ultra-wideband). Metal tables can interfere — hold the phones together in the air.
How do I delete my account?
Me → Delete account. It permanently erases your profile, friends, pacts, and streaks. You can also email us.
