My pact isn't counting my screen time
Open the pact and make sure you've picked your apps under "My watched apps" and allowed Screen Time access. Each person picks apps on their own phone. Joining a pact isn't enough until your phone knows what to watch.
Blocking isn't working during a Stack
On the Stack tab, tap "Apps to block", allow Screen Time access, and pick the apps you want blocked. Blocking needs a real iPhone running iOS 16 or later.
How do I send a voice roast?
When someone in your pact goes over the limit, open the pact, tap "Roast" followed by their name, then tap the mic. Record up to 30 seconds, listen back, and send. You can also press and hold the "broke the pact" notification and choose "Voice roast" to jump straight into recording. Needs PhoneStack 1.4 or later.
The mic isn't working, or I tapped "Don't Allow"
Open the iPhone Settings app, scroll to PhoneStack, and turn on Microphone. PhoneStack only uses the mic while you are recording a roast.
Someone posted a roast that crosses the line
Press and hold the roast and tap Report. We review every report within 24 hours. You can also block the person from the Friends tab, which hides all of their roasts from you.
Tap-to-Stack isn't finding my friend
Both of you need the tap screen open, be friends in the app, and have an iPhone 11 or newer (ultra-wideband). Metal tables can interfere, so hold the phones together in the air.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Me tab and tap "Delete account". It permanently erases your profile, friends, pacts, and streaks. You can also email us.
